Sticky rollers is not responsible for any items after being dropped off to the shipping carrier.  All items are packaged in order to ensure the safety of your order. Getursticky Sticky Rollers is not responsible for any damaged or lost packages once shipped. No replacements on items past 30 days of placing your order. If you receive damaged items, it is up to the purchaser to follow procedures with the shipping company. Please report any manufacturing defects within 48 hours of receiving your item.  Allow up to 20 business days for processing in stock items. Sticky Rollers is not responsible for any taxes. Returns -  all sales are final, items may not be eligible for return and/or store credit. Shipping fees will not be refunded and the buyer is responsible for return shipment costs. You agree/consent to these terms by submitting any and all types of payment to Getursticky Sticky rollers.
